White House press secretary Sean Spicer stunned reporters on Tuesday by leaving his daily press briefing without taking questions.
Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly and White House budget director Mick Mulvaney spent nearly 40 minutes speaking to the media about the bipartisan budget agreement as Spicer looked on from seats designated for staff near the briefing room podium. When they finished, Spicer left the room with them, prompting cries of “Sean” from the reporters inside the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room. Administration officials routinely attend White House press briefings to speak to reporters about policy topics, but it’s unusual for the press secretary to not take questions afterward.
Reporters had questions on several other topics aside from the spending bill, including Trump's scheduled Tuesday phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin
I think Spicer does as well as can be expected, considering who he is dealing with. But you look at him and you have to conclude that there is a man who doesn't like his job.

Do you realize that the Democrats caved on parity between domestic and military funding increases? Twenty cents to a dollar, instead of one for one! Do you realize that the Democrats funded the kind of wall the Border Patrol actually wants, now? And provided money for acquiring land for “the Wall?” Do you realize that the Democrats caved on funding School Choice?

Off camera and out of earshot, Spicer asked the CNN correspondent if he had nude pictures of His wife. The CNN guy said, “no,” and Spicer asked him if he wanted some.
A brouhaha ensued.

Spicer is doing a good job but if he's going to be replaced, I would rather a no nonsense type of guy such as R. Lee Ermey..........

you’ve got to be kidding! Spicer’s daily press briefing is one of the most popular shows on TV right now! It’s like a cage match where one guy with a whip and a chair beats back an entire herd of hyenas.
Agree with you about Spicer doing a good job.
He can joke around with the press and they all laugh, or he can just shut down some of the idiots like Acosta, Garrett, Jeffery ?, and even John Roberts of FNC who seems to be anti-Trump and always diggin’ for dirt.
That doesn't mean Spicer is enjoying it, especially when they hyenas are winning.
