I turned on ESPN radio on Saturday expecting to hear discussion of the NFL Draft and instead heard a story about a coach that Ohio State has either hired or is going to hire who was fired by Indiana because he supposedly "mistreated" some players. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't, but I could care less as it isn't something that ESPN should be wasting radio time on since the guy isn't even a head coach. I turned the station immediately.

Only a liberal would believe that sports fans want politics mixed in with their favorite sports shows.
We watch sports to ESCAPE FROM POLITICS AND OTHER CRAP THEY SPEW!......................

From what I understand, he’s not getting any attention at all from any NFL teams.

That’s certainly true in ESPNs Los Angeles radio outlet. Their afternoon crew was talking about it, around the time I quit bothering to tune in.

They went for the black and homosexual demographic and now they have it! ESPN employs the crudest stereotypical blacks ('Champagne, cocaine, and white wimmins!') it makes me think of Richard Pryor telling Gene Wilder, "We'll make it past the cops. I just hope we don't see no Muslims" in Silver Streak.

Most of your post was probably insightful, informed, and informing — but, you completely lost me with the gratuitous “mostly Jewish” remark.

Teams need to let their players know exactly why he isn’t going to have a job next season. The business is about a game, but it is still a business. He has been bad for business.

Agreed USFRIENDINVICTORIA. vette6387, just what do you mean by ‘mostly Jewish” ? That’s irrelevant.
