Exactly. The price of waterfront property on the West coast is higher then ever. Which should not be the case if people REALLY believed the GW clat-trap.
And, BTW, I’ll bet most of the people who own that property are rich liberals who will swear up & down that GW is a reality.
I am at 147 feet above sea level in downtown oceanside looking at a panoramic view of the ocean. I welcome the higher tide. I am 9 blocks from the beach. Maybe I will eventually be only 3 blocks. Good deal. Higher values, fewer people between me and there. Bring it on.
