It really does crystalize the mainstream liberal view that the only protected acceptable speech is one that toes the party line. I read the title of this post and I imagined something 180 degrees opposite of what it turned out to be...
The part I did not understand is that my assumption meant that there were still some sane NYT subscribers. As it turned out - nope, no sane NYT subscribers - just an Op-Ed that was 180 degrees out of phase with one would normally expect to read in the NYT.
