"Senators Told North Korea Nuclear Threat Is Urgent
BY: Bill Gertz - April 26, 2017 5:57 pm
The Senate took part in a rare White House briefing on Wednesday to hear what senior leaders described as "an urgent national security threat" posed by North Korea's nuclear and missile programs.
The hour-long secret session for all senators was held at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, next to the White House, and included a brief appearance from President Trump who made short, introductory remarks.
Marine Corps Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, also took part in the session. His presence is an indication that military options for dealing with North Korea likely were discussed. "

What would we do without our elites?
/// If norks do an emp - private jets (filled with unprotected chips) - could crash... ///
Don’t say things like that... I might almost feel sad... I mean I might actually get a tear in my eye... especially if I get dust in my eye.
Yup, NK is a wholly owned subsidiary of PRC, Inc. So WTH is China up to? Are they suggesting they’ve lost control of their creature? If so, I don’t buy it.
If I was a Nork, I’d be targeting Pearl Harbor, Long Beach, San Diego, the tar sands area in west Canada and the oil infrastructure in Alaska, and maybe a few nuclear reactors in California.
But then again, I’m not a Nork, and I doubt they’d be that savvy.
Maybe they want us to do their dirty work.
Exactly,China will achieve its goal, to install a pawn in NK &control it, after it allows fat boy to wipe out SK
I’m no expert on North Korea, but I do understand how cloistered political leaders can get and what that can lead to.
China probably lost a lot of influence over NK due to the fact that this mad dictator only surrounds himself with ‘yes’ men.
Interesting thought! FWIW, I’ve always assumed the PRC would have someone, maybe more than one, in Junior’s close proximity, should Junior wander off the rez. I can’t see what the PRC would lose if caught whacking their own guy. A) Nobody likes Junior, except possibly the PRC. B) What is anybody who might object gonna do, arrest the Politburo? I’m confused as heck as to what anyone is getting out of this Sturm und Drang.
FWIW, I should think the PRC has people well positioned to remove Junior, should the need arise. I would.
Confusion and fear rule (and bad things happen) when people won't trust an obviously Divine process.
Geula (גאולה) = 45, the sum of all the single digits.
"Ten" (עשר) is right around the corner. See the visual pun on Esau (עשו) - what needs to happen to him (his name) in order for him to be rectified, to become truly (spiritually) wealthy, from רשע to עשו , עושר to עשר.
He needs a new head, established in the right place. Kind of like the effect that Joseph had on Egypt and the rest of the known world.
Redemption has a habit of appearing to come suddenly, out of nowhere.
How many in the intelligence community are actually agents of the Socialist Democrat party of America?
Probably, too many!
A possibility indeed. A severely damaged/weakened SK economy might benefit China's economy.
Does the name Hussein Obama ring a bell?
Good question. I attended what was supposed to be a classified briefing on global national security threats yesterday. It was given by a Harvard PhD who is a former Vice Chairman of the National Intelligence Council.
The briefing was scheduled for an hour and the guy spent 15-20 minutes talking about “climate change”. I’ll concede that junk science, like junk analysis, is definitely a threat to national security, but climate change...?
Guess he forgot that Ash Carter isn’t SecDef anymore.
It is unlikely that they currently have enough nukes and missiles that can reach that far. Indeed I doubt if they launched against us now that they would have more than a few most of which would fall into the sea, the rest of which we have a good chance of shooting down with Bush’s missile defense system.
Realistically thou we have already passed the point where we can confidently protect our States 4 to 6 years ago, and are in the next 4 to 6 years going to pass the point where we can protect much of our country at all from North Korea’s Nuclear blackmail.
That said as long as the regime fears our nuclear retaliation they are not likely to press the button that will end in their own destruction until such time that they are collapse otherwise. Unfortunately for north Korea that is a almost constant compassion due to incompetent Communist leadership which the government attempts to forestall by blackmailing its neighbors for external materiel support.
Its hard to imagine them not using the nukes as a bargaining chip effectively making us a tributary state or just selling them to a terrorist for cash to keep themselves afloat longer, all the while they build more.
In reply:

“The vehicles towing the missiles in NK recent parades were Chinese vehicles.”
