Is this for real? How can an 11 year old sue anyone about anything without an adult being involved? Isn’t it really the parents who are the parties to the lawsuit? Whose names are on the legal briefs and court documents as plaintiffs? I find it hard to believe that this 11 year old is the legal plaintiff.

Just as the name on the driver’s license or birth certificate of “Lady Gaga” is Stephanie Germanotta, and the legal name of “Snoop Dogg” is Calvin Broadus, the legal name of the person filing this suit is someone who is legally adult, not this kid.

I think the problem is...you can't sue for something that may never happen.

There has been no harm....except by the kids teachers and parents and other instigators.
