I don’t blame the stupid , brainwashed kid- I blame the opportunistic, liberal, attention-seeking LAWYER! Shakespeare was right about lawyers. Parasites who create the system that supports them and insures they benefit from the problems of others.

Well, shucks kid - he doesn’t deny he’s a “climate change denier” so you don’t have to go to the trouble (PUBLICITY) to sue him over it. You can make it a class action suit and include the rest of us “deniers”!!!
To: rktman
If Trump already say Global Warming is a pile of Bull = Denier so why is she suing ,LOL
To: rktman
Mom & Dad,
Shame on you, egging your kid on with the AGW hoax and putting words in his mouth. Blatant attempt at 15 minutes of public idiocy on YOUR part. Neither you nor the cub have STANDING to sue. Hillary will NEVER be POTUS. So this shameless suck-up will get you nothing.

The journalist said, "Although their lawsuit may seem leak a long shot, who better to fight for the future than those who will be here to see it?"
BS
Those of us from the 60s, 70s, 80s, are still waiting for predictions from those decades to happen -- rising coastal waters, growing deserts, etc. Per some predictions, the Earth would have become inhabitable by the 90s.
We had to contend with the hole in the Ozone, for gosh sake. Hairspray and freon. [Whatever happened to that hole? It seemed to have cured itself.]
Now, the major culprit seems to be Carbon Dioxide. Living creatures breathe out Carbon Dioxide. O the huge manatee! Some are advocating killing off upwards of 6 billion humans.
But hey, in a couple more decades, we will have a new mini-ice age, or is it a major rise in temps melting the glaciers? Yeah, and in a couple of months it will be hot here -- we typically call it summer and it is typically hot -- although we do occasionally have a mild summer -- just like the relatively mild winter we just had.

After looking at the link, it reveals that it’s a group of students who are doing the suing - not one girl - started in Eugene, OR 2 years ago. FIGURES!

That’s why liberal kids think they are so much smarter than adults. The adults they hang around are such idiots.

My son was at a network platform software convention earlier this week. Big bucks affair with lot of tech industry brass attending.
One of the speakers was a 14 year old lesbian who gave a talk about exclusivity and how tough it was to be gay in Texas. Really.

When I was his age I remember reading books about the coming ice age and how we would run out of food and important minerals soon. By the year 2000 we would all be dead or struggling to survive. Instead we go forty years of the greatest prosperity the world has ever known.

Loser pays all court costs and legal fees. Will bring an immediate end to frivolous litigation.100 % correct and must be on President Trumps plans. Clean up the court system from top to bottom with the Constitution as its base once again.
To: rktman
Bet he has standing to bring this suit into court. No one had court standing when challenging Obama. It’s like magic.

I think the problem is...you can't sue for something that may never happen.
There has been no harm....except by the kids teachers and parents and other instigators.
