The Tennessee teacher charged with abducting his 15-year-old student skipped town with Cialis pills and went shopping for KY Jelly and chocolate while on the lam for more than a month, according to new court papers.
Tad Cummins, 50, filled a prescription for Cialis at a Columbia, Tenn., pharmacy on March 10 — three days before allegedly blowing town with student Elizabeth Thomas, the federal complaint filed Thursday says.
His wife, Jill, told investigators that he was prescribed the drug, which treats erectile dysfunction and prolongs sexual performance.
Three days later, the pair was spotted at a Walmart in Guymon, Okla., where he used cash to purchase items including “women’s razors, chocolate, cheese cubes and KY Jelly,” court papers say.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A Baltimore County middle school teacher is being held without bail after police said he sexually abused a 13-year-old girl during school hours.
Chadwick F. Zamarron, 35, of the 4300 block of Breeders Cup Court in Randallstown, is a teacher at Northwest Academy of Health Sciences.
Police allege Zamarron became physically involved with the teen in February and March.

This article is light on detail. The father’s comment about her being brainwashed sheds some light on the part she likely played. She probably went with him willingly and was in a state of infatuation. Fifteen is a tough age for that kind of thing. Some girls have a hard time understanding their ripening emotional state and puppy love is very common. If that was the case, he took advantage of it like the sexual predator that he is.

Put it this way, although I don’t agree with what occurred, I have seen in my lifetime legal ages for marriage as low as 12 & 14, and I have also witnessed in a courtroom a consensual sexual tryst go to court. A case involving twenty-something male and a 16 year old girl actually be reversed because they both stated under oath that they were having consensual relations. So, that’s where the consensual question came from. Not in any other way other than I was wondering if the minor female was forced into the abduction or if she went along with it as part of a consensual relationship.
If it was consensual it will be an interesting event to follow to see what does actually occur in a court of law.
Dealing with a fifteen year old, prolonging sexual performance would be his need. I'm not so old to forget the capacity of a 15 year old woman-child for passion! Great thing for a sixteen year old boy as I remember. (Grin)

I understand the point you are trying to make, but I don’t believe that a sexual relationship between teacher and pupil of that age could ever be considered “consensual” due to the position of authority and trust that the teacher is abusing. Even if they were closer in age, the teacher/student relationship when it becomes a sexual one, involves coercion.
