Several dozen protesters gathered Thursday morning outside a state senator's South Florida district office, calling on him to resign.
"Resign now," protesters chanted while holding signs aimed at Florida Sen. Frank Artiles, R-Miami.
....he used a variation of the "n-word" during a Monday night conversation....

So you’ll call for Trump to resign if those rumored outtakes of him using that word are released? Elections don’t matter?
He said “nigga”, and it was a word he claimed many used in his multiracial community growing up in Hialeah, Florida.... which is pretty diverse. Or was.
He also dropped some genuine curse words. But he was having a PRIVATE dinner with folks. This reeks of what happened to the guy who owned the LA Clippers...private conversation, privacy rights violated in the name of victimhood. No evidence this guy has publicly engaged in racist behavior...in fact, the Clipper guy had received NAACP awards, hired a black head coach... was not by all actions a racist.
I understand people being disappointed. But this is not an occasion to ruin a man’s career or take his business.
The apologies are never asked of the other side when they freely and frequently use rude and crude language against this side. And there used to be a day when apologies were not part of the equation. We could speak our minds without being attacked... we had enough sense to watch our own words and we didn’t need the liberal progressive opinion police to be the judge and jury.
There’s nothing private anymore. There’s spies and informants everywhere. It’s like the USSR.
F*ck them, because:
their outrage applies only to WHITES;
they get to choose the words that are “racist”;
blacks are NEVER made to resign over the very same words that lead to the termination of Whites;
they never show outrage when a black kills a White.
So, f*ck them.
Nice try.
So you talk like that and don’t mind?
What, niggardly?
Did I say that? I asked a realistic question.
Anyway, the guy caved. So congratulations. A freshman Republican senator is out of a job.
Good thing you never screwed up. And you better hope you never have your privacy invaded.
Using words that offends someone is not breaking a law. It might be crude, offensive, shocking, and dumb but he can say it.....even elected officials. His district will take care of it. The rest of them can sit down and shut up.
You are a hoot.
Saw your other tirade of a thread.
The dude should have learned by now you don’t talk like that if you are an R - even if it is a private conversation.
If he was caught having an affair with a young lady you would probably blame the female.
Yep
