The Russians are off the hook. The chattering geniuses have discovered a new villain to blame for the shattering demise of their heroine, Hillary.
White guys did it.
The same reporters who cheered Hillary’s every misstep and doubted every Trump triumph are now trying to convince us that Hillary would be wearing the presidential pants suits today if only her staffers had not forgotten about white voters.
That is what we learned from Shattered, the latest 2016 campaign obituary that crashed into bookstores this week.
The pundits were so busy misreporting the election, they did not listen to what was actually happening in the campaign. If they had, they would know that far from forgetting white voters, Hillary and her Klan actively demonized them every day.
Do you really need reminding? Then let’s do it:
During the NBC debate, Lester Holt asked Hillary if cops were racist: “Lester, I think implicit bias is a problem for everyone, not just police. I think unfortunately too many of us in our great country jump to conclusions about each other. And therefore, all of us need to be asking hard questions” about race.
Hillary was happy to share her solutions to hidden white racism with America’s pied paper of racial reconciliation -- when he was not starting deadly race riots -- Al Sharpton: “White Americans need to do a much better job of listening when African Americans talk about the seen and unseen barriers you face everyday,” quoth Hillary to cheers of “amen” from the black audience. “We need to recognize our privilege and practice humility.”

I read this article this morning, and I smiled. It’s odd that in the Midwest that all the rural counties went for DJT by margins of 60-85%. Actually it was never difficult to figure out why that was.
Hillary and her party the Democrats used every method of communications available to blame white people for all the problems; the divisions in the country, the racism, the income differentials, the poor school performances in the inner cities, etc.. It was all whitey’s fault, especially white males.
Well, I am old enough to remember a lesson learned from the OJ Simpson trial. Culture trumps gender and every other subgroups of people when evaluating performance and support for ideas and people. The blacks on the jury acquitted OJ despite multitudes of evidence against him.
In 2016 The rural white folks in America did not like what they were being fed by the national liberal news media. Common sense told them that the problem did not lie with the ordinary white people you see on the street or in church on Sunday. It was with liberalism, and skin tone was irrelevant.
Don’t cry for Hillary, you ‘liberals from Argentina’. She made her bed and is now forced to lie in it.

What Colin is doing is stringing together things Clinton said to black audiences and making out that that was the totality of her campaign.
That's supposed to disprove the idea that she "ignored" white voters.
Politicians obviously say different things to different audiences. It's the old game of saying one thing in the North and something different in the South, one thing to Black voters and something different to Whites. Hillary failed at that.
Flaherty doesn't make a very good case or disprove the notion that she lost because she failed to make a serious play for working class white voters.
Oh, yeah? I'd like to hear her tell us which position(s) she would've changed in order to be more appealing to white voters.
Trump collected 53% of their vote, which is VERY decisive.
I don't know how she can spin that away.

Maybe white females aren't as stupid (or liberal) as Hillary would lead us to believe.
While some white females have made a lucrative living as tokens, the fact is that every unemployed, marginalized white man is one less prospective mate for a white woman. Their gains are short-term, as many blacks want them removed from the “preferred minority” list (not enough historical oppression/economic disadvantage, apparently).
Maybe enough white women saw the writing on the wall...
