The Murdochs have decided Bill O’Reilly’s 21-year run at Fox News will come to an end. According to sources briefed on the discussions, network executives are preparing to announce O’Reilly’s departure before he returns from an Italian vacation on April 24. Now the big questions are how the exit will look and who will replace him.
Wednesday morning, according to sources, executives are holding emergency meetings to discuss how they can sever the relationship with the country’s highest-rated cable-news host without causing collateral damage to the network. The board of Fox News’ parent company, 21st Century Fox, is scheduled to meet on Thursday to discuss the matter.

OHHH I love Steyn!! .....but MacCallum’s show will move up to O’Rielly’s spot. Giving Steyn a show in MacCallums slot would be fantastic.
I don’t like Bill O’Reilly, but for Fox News to do this to the man who put them on top and KEPT THEM ON TOP is outrageous. No loyalty, no honor.

Agree, and it seems they have already been moving in that direction, Dana Perino? Shep Smith? Gutfeld? Megyn Kelly before she left (they did make her an offer to stay).

I think I’ll wait for an official announcement from the network instead of second and third-hand reports that try their best to make it sound like this is real and it’s from Fox.
It sure is going in that direction whatever the timetable is.
The first two are unwatchable at any time slot. FOX really has a death wish.

I am not a BOR fan, but if they dump him under pressure from the left, Tucker Carlson or Hannity, no longer will grace my screen either.
