As a Mississippian, I instinctively understood that Sessions was an old-school man of integrity, from when integrity meant “I will not be moved from principle” rather than “I will be ‘compassionately’ conservative”. I think that he and General Lee would have recognised and understood each other.

“Unyielding”, I like that word, in conjunction with conservatism.

I said this a few days ago when Sessions was in Arizona...
“1-2 weeks ago everyone seemed to be asking Where is the Attorney General?...why arent we doing more on immigration...then, all of a sudden, Sessions shows up in Arizona on Monday or Tuesday and lays down the gauntlet pretty hard...theyre ramping up for some serious deportations...”

If I recall correctly, Mexicos southern border is highly militarized.
Haven’t been to the southern border, but if you drive just a few miles south of US border, you’ll encounter checkpoints manned by fully-armed soldiers. And except for Baja, you are only allowed some 30km south of the border without the proper papers—and yes, they do check.

Wow!
An administration that actually upholds the law!
We haven’t had that in over 30 years (at least).

The so-called Dream Act is not an act as it never passed Congress.
Obama implemented it anyway as DACA, an illegal executive order that protects foreign nationals from our laws in direct violation of the oath of office to faithfully uphold those laws.
DACA is still operating as if it were law, despite candidate Trump’s pledge to end it.

Were gonna need a bigger ICE. That's OK. We can "pay for it" with a smaller AFDC, TANF, SNAP, etc.

Let’s not forget arresting employers breaking the law employing illegals, and arresting mayors and governors harboring illegals. Hire more US Marshals.

As I said on other threads, Trump is moving with due diligence. There are certain things which need to be accomplished in a certain sequence. Namely

Of course they are. Just an FYI for all those that think law abiding Illegals are safe. Only 39,999,000 to go. Yeah!

From articles I'm reading here on FR, illegals ("inadmissible immigrants") coming into the country are off anywhere from 70 to
97%.
As in any triage, first you stop the bleeding.
