Recent events prove yet again that MacArthur had it right and Ridgeway and Truman had it wrong. Back in the Korean War NK had no nukes, China had no nukes, and America had it all but no will to be decisive. MacArthur agitated for action and got himself fired. Our generals in Vietnam were careerists who did not agitate for decisive action but they should have.

North Korea was permitted to go rogue and nuclear by a passive, ignorant and feeble West. Just as we always do, we look the other way regarding Nazi Germany, CCCP, Iraq, Iran, Syria and NORK.

As late as the Clintoon period, negotiations were held to reign in the NORKS. It has always been the policy of the US to ASSUME that a Communist/Rogue nation will abide by a document and agreement, they never do and we eat crow each time. The same can be said for the Western backed “Oslo Peace Accords” where the US, Israel and Europe thought the PLO would abide by an agreement, they never do.

Billy boy Clinton sent Mad Albright and the infamous State Dept. key negotiator, WENDY SHERMAN to hammer out an agreement that only a naive fool would conduct with a nation like NORK. The US State Dept. is such a body. SO Wendy Sherman reached an agreement and as we see, it was never honored.

Years later, the same mistake was made yet again. This time Pres. Obama sent John Kerry and Wendy Sherman, (again???) to conduct negotiations with Iran. Once again, it was naive and foolish to assume that Iran, like the NORKS would honor an agreement.

The Iranians just adopted the NORK model and viola!! Same results!

We never learn...Why was Wendy Sherman sent again to negotiate on behalf of the US? She failed twice.

Patton had it right also in regards to the stinking Russians. A revisionist view sees the possibility that Communism could have been snuffed out by 1950 and I speculate that Islam thus could never have gone radical. Yes, it's ludicrous and fantasy, but what we have now is a very dangerous time in the history of mankind. The USA since WWII has a very bad track record in making wise decisions and standing up for liberty while picking the right fight.
