CHICAGO U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) and U.S. Representative Robin Kelly (D-IL-02) today unveiled two pieces of legislation they will introduce when Congress is back in session next week to expand and increase access to employment opportunities for at-risk youth. The Helping to Encourage Real Opportunity (HERO) for At-Risk Youth Act and the Creating Pathways for Youth Employment Act will increase federal resources for communities seeking to create or grow employment programs and provide tax incentives to businesses and employers to hire and retain youth from economically distressed areas.

Yeah, that’ll work!
See, see if Trump opposes this, he hates black people! How dare he!
Fodder you’re right, but they were not born to be fodder. A tiny black baby has a right to live as good a life as it can. The system turns them into fodder, God didn’t.
I agree; the biological parents of the tiny black baby trade them off for a life of leisure, condemning them to sad, often short lives. The system would collapse without those parents making their deals with the Devil.
Dick Durbin. It’s a verb. Not a noun.
Yes, to see if tehy can cause more of it.
Great. I can’t wait for All Youth Matters to step forward.

Well...you could start by making sure that schools actually teach something USEFUL, and that kids are REQUIRED to behave and learn.
Isn’t this the Harf plan for terrorist ?
doesn’t mention how these kids are going to get to work, as there’s few businesses in blighted areas.
It should be:
All rat politicians resign and are replaced by conservatives. It will take a year or 2, but it will work!
Because that's how you get higher taxes.-Archer
Throw these phonies out. Watch how the democrats and their media counterparts push this claiming “More fed make work projects for blacks etc” when actually its going to illegals.
Hope the upcoming IL US Senate election focuses on what that glowbalbulls==ters Sanctuary cites policies are actually costing Chicagoans and how needed supplementary funds for; food stamps, energy assistance, healthcare, and education,is being diverted going to illegals when it should be going to its citizens.
If one complains or brings up the fact that if an American winds up under similar circumstances in any of these countries these illegals come from. Or even enters legally. Denied voting privileges or land ownership in own name never permitted. Mind not the other free stuff at American taxpayer expense illegals are getting.
Be ready of being accused of being a racist , bigot, or a “nativist” by phonies like Durbin and his media supporters .
