OROVILLE (CBS13) — The boos and shouts of displeasure started during the introduction of Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-Richvale) at his town hall meeting in Oroville.
For nearly two hours, the crowd at the State Theater shouted down responses by the congressman.
“I’m appalled,” said Linda Agee, a LaMalfa supporter.
“It’s very enlightening and disturbing to experience this first hand,” said Denise Culley, who was attending her first town hall event.
The Oroville Dam and spillway was brought up just once. One man asked a question about why nothing was done sooner to the emergency spillway. LaMalfa’s answer was cut short by the crowd. (snip)
“I think the immaturity is astounding,” said Greyson Reynolds.
Reynolds is an Oroville High School junior. He says he was at Monday’s meeting to thank LaMalfa for holding a similar Q & A at his high school. The atmosphere according to Reynolds was much different.
“Night and day. It’s hard to believe that these people are grown adults and those people, the people at my high school are children. You’d think it was the opposite,” said Reynolds.

Here’s a novel idea: So-called conservatives need to get off their fat butts, attend these meetings and defend their representatives.
I am convinced that this is a highly organized method being used by the left, to infiltrate and disrupt all of these local meetings. Also to demand these types of meetings for any congressmen or senators who are not already holding them. And sadly, even the local media gets on board to suggest that the GOP office-holders do not care and are not listening to “their constituents”.
We NEVER saw this kind of hostility at these gatherings until the past few months, that I can remember, anyway. Now it is the rule, rather than the exception.
The left is very organized and dedicated to taking this nation down. They will not give up. It will only escalate and get bloody eventually. Remember 20th century Europe.

The masses of Republican voters are getting real angry with the Republican in both the Senate and House. They are totally worthless do nothing and spend very little time on the Health Care and Taxes. We were F-—ed. Only President Trump is doing anything we asked.

I hate the Democrats. I didn’t used to but go ahead and mark the time on this post because this moment is when I gave up trying to be civil with them.
Back in the early 70s when I was working a night club in Manhattan I had a group come in discussing how they had just shouted down the speaker at an open forum on some topic or another. They were very proud of themselves, and you could feel the hatred dripping from them.
