On March 30th of this year, Jim Robinson published a vanity titled, The sooner the president realizes that Ryan is an establishment swamp dwelling snake... advocating a series of recommendations for Donald Trump to change course and pursue. No well-intentioned conservative could disagree with any of Mr. Robinson's recommendations.
Further, no well-intentioned conservative could disagree with his conclusion: And I guarantee you that if he [accomplishes the list of recommendations beginning with "repeal Obamacare"] he will go down in history as one of the greatest president ever!
As we draw to the end of the first 100 days at which time an administration is traditionally judged on its accomplishments, I have taken the liberty of listing Mr. Robinson's recommendations in his own words while providing a place for the conservative reader to judge and signify whether Donald Trump is undertaking Jim Robinson's recommendations and, if so, to signify whether Trump is succeeding.
I have tried to provide fair characterizations for the reader to register his judgment. In some instances there will be overlap. For example, I believe the injunction to "deport them all" is mixed with a "good start" for the vigorous prosecution that we have seen but also a "betrayal" because the administration has reneged on its promise concerning DACA. To the degree that the reader judges that more than one category applies, he can simply indicate more than one category. I have necessarily stipulated arbitrary categories so that the forum can perhaps come to some sort of consensus. I also recognize that at this stage, 100 days, it is unreasonable to expect virtually any undertaking to be fully accomplished (even the appointment of Justice Gorsuch, as encouraging as it is, does not complete the recommendation for all judges to be appointed).
With these shortcomings in mind, here are Jim Robinson's recommendations from the above noted vanity written as he wrote them but presented here as a list for you to score.
You can score against me all night long if you like, but that accomplishes nothing and it has nothing whatsoever to do with the scorecard of Donald Trump and his first 100 days in office. If you are so distressed about the questions in that scorecard that you have to divert attention to me, I suggest it is not the questions which you fear but the answers.
I don’t think any rational assessment of Trump’s performance can be made apart from explicit recognition of the unprecedented opposition he has received.
Clearly, he’s trying to do exactly what he said. Nevertheless, “Gee Mr. Lincoln, why aren’t the slaves free yet” is a fatuous question, in the extreme.
He describes it as traditional. Here:

Only thing is, he’s never done it before.
What tradition?
Still waiting for your long list of better presidents.
I’m sure it’s taking you time to think of all them.
I give Trump a C so far. It’s possible he will still come through on some issues but it’s also possible his daughter and son in law could drag him left in the future.
His best acts were appointing Scott Pruitt to EPA and things like approving the Trans-Canada pipeline.
His worst were allowing bad actors like the IRS head remain on the job.
Please ping me with your report card in January 2024...
Perhaps you missed this statement in my post: "I also recognize that at this stage, 100 days, it is unreasonable to expect virtually any undertaking to be fully accomplished "
You might also note that there is a response labeled "incomplete."
I asked you first. I am not afraid of your question, why are you afraid of the answers to mine?
I spelled out exactly why I wasn’t going to participate in this nonsense.
You chose to focus on something else.
Quit trying to bring Jim Robinson’s name into this. He didn’t post this thread.

I have an impacted and infected tooth that is causing a massive headache.
I wont be scoring tonight...
As you keep on hidin' your fears and Obfuscatin' it sadly belies your handle.
President Trump gets a solid A from me. With all those in his own party against him + the RATs, Soros & the media, I think he’s doing a great job.
I expect after his 2nd term it will take 2+ screen to post the entire lists of his accomplishments for the nation.
Calling idiots on their idiocy is in line with my handle.
Name the better presidents nimrod.
I prefer you don’t take orders from me. Let folks see you for who you really are.
I couldn’t ask for more than that on this thread.
Hey..., sorry to hear that.
That’s one of the worst things...
Feel better...
Hope you’re able to get a simple anti-infection pharmaceutical in your system right away.
You wanted a valuation of Donald Trump compared to other presidents.
Yet at all cost you want to prevent a valuation of Donald Trump.
How can you compare president Trump to any other president if you have no evaluation made of Donald Trump? How do you compare something to the unknowable?
And you are the one who presumes to be identifying idiocy!
I lived through Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, and Obama.
Unlike you, I remember them well, or have studied up on each enough to know their pluses and minuses.
As a Conservative it won’t take me more than ten seconds to list who I think was as good or better to this point.
You’re survey is a complete negative waste of time.
You don’t know that. That in and of itself is more revealing that this childish disruptive survey.
Got em.
Half my face is numb, feels like an ice pick is in my ear, a fish hook in my throat, my headache is devastating, etc.
Laying in a dark room.
Tooth comes out Friday...
Could be worse.... I’m a single white male. Thank God I’m not pregnant...
Perhaps you missed my thesis statement.
I’ll include it again to save you the trouble of looking for it.
“I dont think any rational assessment of Trumps performance can be made apart from explicit recognition of the unprecedented opposition he has received.”
