They go to great lengths to try to keep the population down.

I’m not a believer in Reincarnation, however...
I sure hope God is listening. Why if He misses this, He could be in dire trouble.

Just cause they ban it, won’t keep people from
reincarnating. Just try and stop them.

In my next life, I want to be exactly who I am now. Does that count?

I didn’t watch the video, but I’ve heard about it before. It is aimed at the Dalai Lama who claims to be the reincarnation of the previous Daili Lamas. To claim to be the Dalai Lama is to confess to breaking Chinese law.

You will be but the chances of you knowing it will
be very small unless you drink the Kykeon and become
Epoptes.

I don’t believe in reincarnation either and didn’t the last two times!

Wow. A ban on reincarnation.
The Buddhists will not be happy, since it’s one of the cornerstones of their religion.

Call me a stickler for clear, meaningful english, but it’s not a ban on reincarnation, it’s a ban on the belief in reincarnation.
