You may be partly joking (so tell me if you aren't), but this IS the more likely scenario. Exactly this happened in a Texas university grad school recently, where a straight male student was hit on by a homosexual and rejected him with, let's say, some colorful language. The queer's accusations of "discrimination" were believed and the normal student lost his chance at attending school, and subsequently committed suicide.

Yes, that’s what I meant. What they did in this case sounds like vengeful behavior over being spurned or some similar rejection, especially since it was an older guy who made the false claim.
