Thanks for posting, but such numbers have never made sense to me.
For years we've been told that 100,000 Christians are killed every year for their faith -- not 95,000 not 105,000 and yet there are never details of who & where this happens, and why is it the same number each year?

Of course, I have no doubt that many Christians are persecuted and some killed, but these numbers seem dubious.
Consider, for example: if 100 people die in an airplane crash that is international news, and if 50 die in a bus crash that is at least national news, so when we see statistics we know they are based on something solid.

But how are 100,000 Christians killed each year and yet nobody but nobody seems to know who, where or why?

do we know how many people are killed in closed nations? how many Saddam Hussein killed? China? NK? INDIA?
