The real racists have been coming out of their closets for decades. I know who they are. It’s not whitey either.
They actually have been firing highly qualified whites from the utilities jobs, and hiring unqualified blacks in their place-if not two blacks for every white fired.
Of course, this probably has no connection to the power brown-outs which have been the norm in South Africa for a few years now. Some SA whites who formerly worked for the power company, said that black employees do not climb ladders.
