There is always one that draws first blood (or tries to). They are the evil and not fit for society ones.
I believe there are more whom want good to prevail so the numbers are in our favor. But first, do not let evil breed.
The sticky point here is that we are all born evil.
And an edict to exterminate the evil will equate to utter sterility.
The godly thing to do is to lift the evil up to God so that some may be saved, and the evil of the rest mitigated.
I.e. what basis do you claim for anything “non-evil” beyond arrant self righteousness? I really want to know.
