I dropped those coords into Google Earth and they must be the release point because the terrain at grade level does not match the distinctive river-side terracing seen in the video. That terrain more resembles manmade features seen up at Dor Baba Darah.

It will be interesting if internet sleuths are able to match up the terrain.

Three factors make it difficult: The IR color scape is hard to match with what’s visible to the naked eye; the scale of features is difficult to ascertain, making it hard to know how much to zoom in on the map; and seasonal differences between the video and images in Google Maps may include things like snow, varying river water levels, wet vs dry streambeds, etc.
