Noted liberal Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe claimed without evidence in a series of tweets Thursday that a recently deceased New York judge was the victim of a racist murder.
Sheila Abdus-Salaam was the first Muslim-American judge and the first black woman to serve on the New York Court of Appeals. Late Wednesday, her body was found in the Hudson River after she was reported missing. Abdus-Salaam was 65 years old.

Evidence is racist.
It disproportionally discriminates against blacks, who are therefore disproportionally convicted of violent crimes.
Therefore, by liberal rules of argumentation, we may also extend this conclusion to muslims, lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgenders, communists, illegal immigrants and elected Democrats.

Actually I have pretty much written my opus, being a published author of over a dozen books (real books with real publishers, who paid generous advances). Also, earned Ph.D and a ton of lifelong experience across several continents. How about you?

And Police Chief Moose had us looking for two white guys in the D.C. Sniper case that eventually led to black Islamics John Muhammad and John Lee Malcolm.

I have been thinking about this case for a few days. I smell "Andrew Cuomo" organized crime and not suicide.
While the woman was on husband number three and was a wacko liberal and apparently had a family history of depression I find it hard to believe she killed herself by jumping into the Hudson River.
(1) The vast majority of female suicides, particularly in an urban setting, is by drugs. Jumping is as likely to cause serious injury as death, and this was not a stupid woman.
(2) She was wearing a jogging outfit, so my guess is she was out for a jog. While jogging in Harlem is not something I would try it probably is relatively safe for a prominent local resident.
(3) She worked in Albany on the appeals court and was a heroine to other women and minorities who worked in Albany.
(4) If one of these folks wanted to "blow the whistle" on corruption in Albany she was a trusted figure and would be a "go to" person with such information.
(5) If the sources phone was monitored (remember, nowadays everyone's communications are monitored...) and Cuomo's office was "tipped" then...it was just a matter of time...
(6) The timeline is not super-clear, but it looks like she called into her office in the morning and said she would not be going up to Albany.
(7) She may have believed she was meeting her source or someone she trusted on the prosecution side or in the media.
(8) Her body has no marks---which suggested that she would have been killed at close range very quickly--this suggests a professional hit person.
(9) Cuomo had the means, could have had the motivation, and certainly could have made the opportunity to make this happen.
(10)Most importantly in these kinds of cases, he has the clout with NYPD and the media to make the coverup stick.
