President Trump signed a bill Thursday freeing states to withhold federal family planning grant money from Planned Parenthood, marking the first major pro-life legislation to be signed into law in more than a decade.
The bill unravels an Obama-era regulation that insisted states couldn’t refuse to spend family planning money with Planned Parenthood or any other organization that performs abortions.
“This is a major pro-life victory,” said House Speaker Paul D. Ryan.
More than a dozen states moved to strip Planned Parenthood of government funding in recent years as questions arose about the country’s largest abortion provider. In particular, lawmakers in Republican-led states were reacting to a series of undercover videos that purported to show Planned Parenthood officials negotiating the sale of body parts from aborted fetuses.

Great win huh? Not in my book it falls short but it is what was delivered to President Trump by the shitheels in Congress so what can we expect.
Why is OUR taxes which is federal MONEY still going to family planning grant money that is ALLOWED to go to Planned Parenthood?
When Planned Parenthood has been caught red handed selling fetus parts on the open market and our FERAL Government ONLY passes a bill that tells the States that they do not have to send OUR tax money over to Planned Parenthood if they do not want to NOT that there is NONE of OUR TAX money going to fund Planned Parenthood EVER.
Do not want to offend those snowflake States that still want spend federal tax money on selling fetus parts
And? States may do a lot of things that people may not like. That's why they're called "states". And that's why we have the 10th Amendment. The founders intended it thus.

Maybe I need a Civics refresher...Why was there a bill needed for that which already exists in the 9th/10th?
What Zero ‘regulation’ could not have been undone by rescinding the same?
If Mr. Ryan is so hyped about his ‘victory’, where’s he and Congress been w/ their *over-sight*; not like they had any Constitutional authority to cede their law-making powers (and, please, don’t give that ‘regs aren’t LAWS’ EG: BATF vs. ‘shall not be infringed’)

Yes! Absolutely! PP exists for one reason...to kill babies. And-secondarily, to get prime lungs, hearts, livers, and kidneys to sell. Butchery, pure and simple. I don’t like that Kushner guy, and I think Trump should ditch him...son-in-law or not. I ditched my son-in-law for lesser offenses (alcoholism, dui, and fooling around with young girls!)
