Irrigate the Sahara, and re-green it. The plant growth will pull all that nasty CO2 right out.

Seriously, as I recall, CO2 is the bottleneck for plant growth right now. I read that it’s very close to the minimum amount needed to sustain plant life. If it were to go up any noticeable amount, the world would get a lot greener. Isn’t it high-school biology that organisms expand to take advantage of a resource, or something to that effect? Does that not also apply to plants?

True plant on earth is growing taller, faster, wider and greener with more fruit, more seeds, more leaves and wider branches than ever in recorded history. The amount depends on plant type, but ALL are growing 12% to 24% faster and more drought-resistant. We are feeding some 1.1 billion people a year from this increase.
