Several fights broke out inside of the Rule G Night Club, located at 530 Canopy Street, after a Chris Brown concert at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Monday night.
There were an estimated five different fights between the hours of 12:15 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., according to witnesses.
Authorities said that when they arrived on scene, they saw patrons hitting each other with liquor containers, chairs, and sections of metal portable fence panels.
Lincoln Police also saw Batrell Wells, 25, of Omaha, approach of group of people and hit another man in the head with a metal chair. Wells was arrested and cited for fighting and resisting arrest.
While Wells was getting taken into custody, another man attempted to hit him with a chair, but missed and struck the arresting officer.
"It started to get really bloody (one man) had on an all white shirt but it was covered in blood and his face was covered in blood, it was getting a little out of hand for management," witness Shari Scott said.
At the advisement of police, management closed the bar 20 minutes early. There are no reported damages to the bar.
At a Chris brown gig?
Why I’m positively numb with shock.
How many dindus would this dindu do if this dindu dindu nuffin?
OH, I see.
This has nothing to do with keglers arguing over pin counts.
Never mind.
“There are no reported damages to the bar.”
Ah, what a relief! They can open up for business as usual tomorrow, as soon as they wash the blood off the floor.

Sup, G. Have a seat. Upside your head.
Man, I missed a Chris Brown concert. How sad am I, now.
It would be more newsworthy if a concert broke out in the middle of a fight.
ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW! ECW!
“How many dindus would this dindu do if this dindu dindu nuffin?”
