I don’t agree with this (mitigating factor: it is a private college). People should be able to say what they want.

Likewise, people should be able to say what they want about Muhammad. Free speech is free speech. No blasphemy laws.

If this were a taxpayer funded college this would be a 1A issue. Since it is a private college, they should be able to hire/fire anyone they want for whatever reason.

She, the “professor” said what she wanted to, then resigned. What’s the problem?

If the students use federal funding/loans for tuition, it becomes a problem.

When the student challenged the professor's claim that the Crucifixion was a hoax, she filed university conduct charges against him, claiming he intimidated her. Because he was a white, Christian male, the university expelled him without conducting a reasonable inquiry.

It was only after other students in the class came forward (coupled with a demand letter from the student's attorney, no doubt) that the university did the right thing and reinstated the student. The professor's "resignation" was probably a negotiated result.

Not only did this fanatic Muslim professor give an exemplary student false bad grades, she also filed a false police report against the student. Why was this professor bent on hurting this student? Because the student voiced his Christian beliefs and he contended with a lying Muslim excuse for a professor.

I'm guessing that the professor and the college will be sued by the student. Also, I'm hoping the professor is prosecuted in a criminal court for filing a false police report against the student.
