It’s unlikely that would be published.
To me that is unlikely for an Executive Order which is published as part of the federal register. You might be talking about Patriot Act or FISA court variations, but I don’t think that rises to the level of Executive Order.
Indeed, I think I heard of efforts to keep EOs from being formally published because they would not have carried the force of executive privilege and protection from established law. I could be wrong, but his is difficult for me to believe.
