I disagree. The institution needs to be sued and drug through the media mud exposing the University for what it is, experience a hail of damnation from the Alumni and the public alike, resulting in declining enrollment, then found liable and hit with excruciating punitive damages. This will ensure that the little mussolinis are terminated with extreme prejudice and any future little mussolinis are reigned in using extremely tight shackles.
