Do you realize most states have very limited Juvy space in either a county jail or prison? Shelby CO, TN has the highest crime rates in the state, both Juvy and adult. The 1 Juvy jail houses 150, unless they are awaiting trial on what will be adult charges average stay is 24-36 hrs. The 1 Juvy prison houses 150, you have to be a high end offender tried as an adult to even get sent there, at 18 you are transfered to Adult prison, rest are house arrest or probation with conditions. Smaller the County/State the less spaces they have.

Today is April 11, I’m a emotional wreck, as I’ve been for the past 28 yrs since my 12 yr old physically and mentally 16 year old was ambushed and beat to death with a 2 ft section of fence post so some sociopath could see what it felt like to kill, went and bragged to his friends, drug them to the site, bad plea deal, 6 parole hearings, 2 yrs to get to that bad plea deal I was not consulted on. This was just over the RR track rise, less than a block from our house.
Neuter them. Then deport entire family put them on the no entry list.
