Don't tell anyone, but I heard this from a guy who used to date a girl who has a friend who was a cousin to a server at the dinner for President Trump and Grand Flunky XI.

Sometime before the dinner President Trump and his staff were trying to come up with a way to inform XI that President Trump had taken action against Syria.

At the dinner President Trump offered XI a reset button as a sign of friendship and he encouraged XI to push it. XI pushed the button and President Trump said "Congratulations. You just launched 59 Tomahawk missiles at Syria."
