KT MacFarland is not a Trump nationalist. She is straight out of the Council on Foreign Relations. Perhaps there is some personal or financial problem or dispute. She’s also retirement age and may not like the high-profile schedule.

Well, you're dead wrong about that...for starters the dopes at CFR were all Clinton supporters, and now they're cheering for McMasters.
McFarland was also a fierce opponent of Hillary Clinton (ran against her for US Senate) and in 2013 famously suggested that Vladimir Putin be given the Nobel Peace prize for his handling of the Syrian chem weapons removal.
Her roots are with the Reagan administration...not CFR material at all.
