I was 240 pre head injury.
Got as high a 430!!!
Been at 330 for 2 years and I ACCEPT that i’ll be worm food in a few years if i don’t lose another 100 :)

Though even at 240 and 5 10, as an ex boxer, i was overweight but would walk from rock plaza to the ferry 3 nights a week easy. about a 2 hour walk.
And I could hit the heavy bag like a middleweight.
Now I AM the heavybag :)
When you get hungry between meals drink water.
You can eat like a pig — I do — and weight falls off if you don’t eat wheat or other grain products.

Thanks for sharing good luck on the next 100. Not sure what it took to get from 430 to 330 but you will know.
