Why these people don’t become legalized citizens is beyond me.

We don’t want them as citizens. We want them gone!

Why these people don’t become legalized citizens is beyond me.

They would love to. Most don't want to be American, mind you, but they would love to have papers and simply live here, legally, as Mexicans. The process to get papers, however, is long and painful, and, from what I understand, nearly impossible if the immigration officials know you are living here illegally.

So, this whole illegal immigration thing is a giant scam whereby various businesses and their lackeys in government encourage waves of illegals to come in and be, effectively, a peasant class that can NEVER rise above that station (as current practice stands, their children born here can, but whether they will is another question). The fatcats and politicians get to make money and live in gated communities far from the mess they made, while the American taxpayer pays for it and the American middle and blue-collar class, whether white, black or whatever, gets to bear the brunt of the consequences.

The worst thought about this whole situation, and what I am beginning to believe, is that this same group of the privileged class would be just fine with replacing, completely, average (white) Americans with this new peasant class, because this new class is far easier to control and doesn't seem to have this pesky notion of inalienable rights like white Americans do.
