Yes but Melting Pot simply does not mix well with balkanization, uh, diversity.

And of course to be sure there is no chance of melting into an “American Way” the invaders are inflicted on areas of less dense population like Idaho. Must not funnel them through the big cities back east where the invaders would be overwhelmed by the existing culture.
