Nerve agents (Sarin, Soman, Tabun, VX) were discovered by researchers looking for better pesticides. The manufacturing process is not terribly difficult for a state-level actor.
I know all that, I was responding to this statement: Every other chemical attack there has been by the US-Europe-Israel-backed rebels. I’m sure when the smoke clears we’ll find out that it was indeed the rebels again. So thanks but you really did not answer my question. 8>)
