President Donald Trump said he thinks that President Barack Obamas former national security adviser Susan Rice committed a crime when she reportedly unmasked American citizens involved with his campaign.
I think its going to be the biggest story, Mr. Trump said to the New York Times. Its such an important story for our country and the world. It is one of the big stories of our time. Trumps remarks are his first public statement on the subject since reports claimed Rice was responsible.
Trump didnt reveal any new details to the New York Times but said he would explain himself at the right time.

FRY RICE
REMEMBER BENGHAZI
When DJ Trump tweets, people listen.
A week or so ago, someone made a long post in one of the early Rice threads detailing many questionable events she had been involved in, going back to her college years and the Clinton Adimistration, through to today. Does anyone know what Im talking about and have a link?
Susan Rice herself tried to assume a little “Stolen Valor”. Because of having the same last name as Condoleezza Rice, and being in a similar governmental position, her very selection (black woman surnamed Rice) was a sly attempt to capitalize both on the much better reputation established by Condoleezza, and to throw others off the trail for picking on “a woman of color”.
But the fact that Condoleezza Rice was also “a woman of color” did not prevent some very scurrilous attacks from the left based solely on her gender and skin color. I believe that “Aunt Jemima” is also a pretty strong pejorative.
Abuse of power (unmasking names) is not always criminal, but it is impeachable, resulting in barring the culprit from public office in the future. Could also result in other penalties like the way Bill Clinton lost his law license (temporarily) when he was impeached.
Also, she may have been the leaker, which would make her a criminal who could serve prison time.
A special prosecutor is needed to cross examine her, Obama, and other senior staff members to determine who the leaker was. They must all testify under oath.
I think she committed crimes, too. But she did not act independently when doing so.
The ringleader needs to face justice, too.
In the US, it is unconscionable for anyone to be considered above the law.
And what’s the motive? They knew what they were doing and were all so convinced that Hillary would win that they would never have to pay for their crimes. What did Hillary say after the Lauer interview about hanging if Trump won?
>> Donald Trump Thinks Susan Rice Committed a Crime <<
He’s right. Susan Rice needs to see a tailor and get measured for an orange jump suit.
You can not impeach someone who is not holding office. That is like saying you are going to kill someone who is dead. There is no logic in the statement.
I think that once the Rice Investigation goes up to Obama, it will open the door to Hillary’s then Illegal run for the presidency given no prosecution for criminal negilence for mishandeling classified materials.
So WHEN IF AT ALL, will the charges come forward and the action to jail her, plus many more including odumbo, start? I have been waiting and hope, before my time on earth expires, that we will see justice done. People such as they are a cancer on this nation and need removal.
Associating with 0bama and Hillary is a crime
,,,committed ‘A’ crime?
How about a total disregard for the law by an entire administration that weaponized entire agencies of government, like the IRS, FBI, CIA and others against other americans???
For political purposes???
Obama should be in jail. Hillary also.
IMMEDIATELY STOP your insanity of bringing up President Hussein's name into this criminal activity.
STOP!
Hussein was our first black President who rose above petty politics and worked tirelessly to make life better for all Americans.
Appologize immediately to all good Demonrats like Hussein Obama.(/sarc)
He left office Jan. 20.....how many days has he spent in the U.S.? How many days has he spent outside the U.S.?
I hope someone is keeping tabs on him.....because he certainly can’t be trusted....
“You can not impeach someone who is not holding office.”
It’s been done before.
General William Belknap was impeached (unanimously by the House) for bribery in 1876, AFTER he resigned. He was later acquitted by the Senate, where some members felt his resignation prevented them from having jurisdiction. But the point is open to debate.
Impeachment is typically used to remove someone from office, but it can also be used to cancel pensions, prevent future office holding, and suspend licenses like in Bill Clinton’s case. (He was fined and had his license to practice law in Arkansas suspended for 5 years, for perjury.)
Being out of office does not, to the best of my knowledge, prevent a civil or criminal trial. As for Belknap’s impeachment, it was an investigation run by Democratic Rep. Hiester Clymer’s Committee into Belknap’s alleged financial dealings. Many at the time said Clymer overreached (typical of a Dim). Interestingly, Belknap was a Democratic Republican and would be considered a conservative Republican today. The more things change, the more they stay the same :)
