All territory including New York and the states to the north and east must be purged from the union.
The same is true of the west coastal states.
LA, SF, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Philadelphia, New York and all of Vermont, Rhode Island and Massachusetts are all we need to kick out of the union. Not the entire states.
