As Susan Rice faces growing calls to testify under oath, the former Obama administration official now accused of ordering the unmasking of Trump officials under surveillance is suggesting that she never did so for political purposes, and that it is sometimes "necessary" for investigative purposes.
Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, a member of both the Senate Judiciary and Select Committee on Intelligence, suggested in a tweet earlier Tuesday that Rice "needs to testify under oath."

Okay, then Pres Trump needs to do his job. He needs to announce ASAP, that since this is “all legal,” his administration will step up and do the legal thing to protect Americans' safety and security.
They'll be surveilling and unmasking any and all Democrats, on a continuing non-stop basis, particularly Democrats who have talked with foreign ambassadors, foreign financial groups, tropical offshore entities, and the like.
Plus, the Trump administration will ask for the “unmasking” of all those Democrats who are involved in such talks... because it is "legal."
AND Trump will use "Obama’s very own legal rules" to distribute that information to every US intelligence agency. (HAT TIP BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP)

Congress is not a Star Chamber. Empanel a Grand Jury, she flips on Obama and cuts a deal, or she goes to prison.
I’ll tell you exactly what she’s going to do.
She’s going to call a press conference and announce that she will not be appearing before any Senate or House subcommittee that is completely run by white male Republicans who have been out to get President Obama since day one, and she’s willing to go to jail rather than participate in their Trumped-up racist charade.
And the members of her own party will cheer, including those who are actually on the committees in question. The MSM will have commentator after commentator who will say “You go girl!”
Hollywood will get behind it. Whoopie and Wesley and Chris Rock and Denzel and Beyoncé will get behind it.
And that will simply be that. The Republicans will let it drop, and that will be the end of it.

When, if ever, did the FBI’s Comey hear of this? If he heard of it, he should be fired for keeping an illegal investigation under wraps. If he did not hear of it, he should be fired for ineptitude.
I agree with you, but it is just about as likely as Holder, Koskenin, Lynch or criminal in chief Obama in Federal prison.
