The Hollywood Reporter took offense Mrs. Trump wore her wedding ring in the picture.
“Melania Trump’s official White House portrait puts her 15-carat wedding ring front and center,” its headline blared, adding: “Compared to Michelle Obama’s first official portrait first portrait, which shows the former first lady in the now-famous sleeveless Michael Kors dress in the Blue Room of the White House in 2009, Melania’s portrait has an almost surreal glow about it, not unlike a mall glamour shot

I never understood why Michelle Obama had such a following. She just oozed contempt and disdain for our country. She was very ungrateful for what this country provided for her and always had that perpetual scowl on her face. As my wife would say, she's very slappable.
Melania may not be from this country originally but she is more American than Michelle will ever be.
