I may be wrong but I believe that the ONLY Republican at this point that has not said 100% unequivocally they would support the nuclear option is Susan Collins, who said she remains “undecided” and “hopes it doesn't come to that”, but with the other 51 on board her vote isn't needed anyway so McConnell might give her a pass to vote no.

I don’t know, he already gave Collins a pass to vote no on Betsy DeVos. I suspect that McConnell will want unanimity this time.
