Julie Roginsky filed a complaint with the Supreme Court of the State of New York in the County of New York on Monday claiming that she was sexually harassed by former CEO Roger Ailes during her time at the network and refused a promised promotion when she turned down his sexual advances.
She began working as a contributor for the network back in 2011, and things went fine until in 2015 Ailes began asking her to meet in private where he would ask her personal questions about her love and sex life according to the complaint.
The court filing claims that Ailes would insist Roginsky, 43, kiss him when she entered the room for these meetings while he sat in his armchair, forcing her to bend down and allowing him to see down her dress.
Ailes also made sexist comments about her co-hosts on 'The Five' according to the complaint, which states that the former CEO once told Roginsky that Kimberly Guilfoyle would 'get on her knees for anyone.'
She is now seeking compensatory and punitive damages in her lawsuit, which could be the first to actually play out in public due to the fact that unlike past women who have sued the network Roginsky does not have an arbitration agreement.
Nancy Erika Smith, who is representing Roginsky, said in a statement: 'We look forward to a public trial in front of a jury in New York City.'
'Fox News and Ailes discriminated against Roginsky on the basis of her gender by making her deserved promotion to a regular spot hosting "The Five" contingent upon having a sexual relationship with Ailes,' reads the complaint.
'Fox News and Ailes thereafter retaliated against Plaintiff when she refused to have a sexual relationship with Ailes.'

I used to like Mr. Ailes.

She isn’t even remotely attractive. Don’t believe her.
I am not hearing anything that sounds like actual sexual harassment from ANY of these girls...
Especially Kelly.
It sounds like a lonely and maybe a little creepy old man who was making clumsy moves on women he was attracted to.
How do you ‘make someone’ kiss you when they enter a room?
This is a very bad disservice to poor women who are forced to have actual sex with perverts who threaten to fire them if they don’t comply, especially when they desperately need a job to feed their children.
Can’t stand her. I hope Fox dumps her. She’s another one I have to change the channel from when she comes on.
That doesn't make her a bad person.
Does anyone actually believe this garbage??
Ailes has been gone for over a year, and now this idiot decides to bring up a lawsuit??
I guess Ms Roginsky needs more attention paid to her...
a one bagger
Good riddance, Julie Roginsky. Never like her.
After reviewing the evidence, this case should be thrown out.
Same with O'Reilly. Actually, O'Reilly's worse because he promotes himself as some sort of paragon of virtue "watching out for the folks".
[Cant stand her. I hope Fox dumps her. Shes another one I have to change the channel from when she comes on.]
She’s annoying AF on Twitter. Constantly plays the “offended Jew” card....
And since she is of Russian decent, she is playing the victim card when pushing the BS Trump/Russia narrative.
It will be a great day when Fox dumps her sorry ass.
Mmmm... oh yeah....
Too bad the camera couldn’t pan a little lower.
I have never seen such sexual carnage. Between Ailes an wind bag O’ Reilly it looks like a Japanese soldiers comfort station with Korean girls.
Perfectly timed to give the propaganda media something to distract from Team Obama’s felonious spying program.
Now if shes got tapes like Gretchen Carlson about promising her a job on the five he could be dead to rights here...
