Since when is moving to another country against the law? And since when do we enforce the laws we have on the books? I thought I knew, but Im not a judge like this lady is, so I guess I was wrong.
**SNIP**
Got that? If you move to another country illegally, and that country tries to make you leave, thats a challenge to the rule of law.
You see, rule of law means we can only enforce the laws that Tani Cantil-Sakauye wants to enforce, in the exact manner she wants to enforce them. Shes the one who decides, because shes not a monarch.

You mean like Arizona? They were judicially slapped down for trying to have the same laws that the Federal government has, but also enforcing them, which Obama/Holder would not.
Obvious question, obvious hypocrisy from the Left.
Cantil-Sakauye is technically of mixed descent. Her Hawaii-born father, Clarence, was of Filipino and Portuguese ancestry, while her mother, Mary Gorre, was Filipino.
And a big “thank you” to former REPUBLICAN governors Pete Wilson and Arnold the Awful for appointing this trash to the bench. Here in California the RATs have had so much help from the “republicans” in their quest for complete political domination.
It’s not her mixed race which concerns me; it’s the mixed-up-mush she calls legal interpretation. She’s just a pre-judging partisan with the power of the bench.
See what Obama has caused? He would not enforce the law either. He started this crap.
Your logic is sound.
The judge seems to be incapable of understanding the laws she’s supposed to enforce.
“Its not her mixed race which concerns me; its the mixed-up-mush she calls legal interpretation.”
Actually, it’s both. And it should concern us with all this “diversity” showing up and becoming “citizens,” that they bring with them (and it’s certainly genetic to a degree). Just go to Hawaii and you feel like you are in an Asian backwater country. In areas where this country is still predominantly populated with those of Northern European extraction, you can still see a semblance of the values and mores upon which this country was founded. Beyond that, the thinking that predominates this country bears no resemblance to the model of the Founding Fathers. The problem with East Asians is that they have the same value system as the Hispanics, but none of them are lazy.
Yeah, I agree with you, but I was responding to a poster who implied that my joke about her name was more aimed at racial mixture then her policies.
There’s good people in all races and nationalities, but you’ve got to go with the statistical averages when you are generalizing. I think Jesse Jackson said the same thing in a less abstract way when he said he was relieved if the three teenagers he notices behind him are white instead of black. He doesn’t let bursts of honesty like that escape these days.
Doesn’t saying that in public offer legal grounds to remove it from the bench legally?
