“She,” and I use that term advisedly, is a “republican,” appointed to the State Supreme Court by none other than Arnold the Awful. I guess he did some other “bad things” other than knocking up his Mexican maid. And she had other local GOP "help" in her path to the State Supreme court. Pete Wilson appointed her to a lesser court during his administration. Just hope Gorsuch doesn't turn out to be a bad pick. Note to ETR: She's from Sacramento.
