I love that area!
However, on a trip out west with a couple of our friends a few years ago, she wanted to see Las Vegas. Wuz not very happy when we passed thru the one in NM! Tee hee...
Been to both areas many times and love them both. The 4 corners area has plague infested rodents and a rodent population that carries the lethal, hantavirus pulmonary syndrome. Beware, wherever you go. The Ozark streams are some of the most beautiful on the planet, and dogwood in the spring, and morel mushrooms.
