BTW, this is for anyone questioning the unconstitutionality of federal government interfering in healthcare.

If the federal act is not an enumerated power delegated to the feds by the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended, it is not a legitimate power of the feds. Since nowhere does the Constitution delegate healthcare to the feds, their interference in healthcare is unconstitutional, invalid, and void.

Yup. We should not even be involved in this big government socialist debate. Nuke the rules and do a full repeal with majority vote per the constitution!
