The city of Seattle sued U.S. President Donald Trump's administration on Wednesday over its executive order seeking to withhold federal funds from "sanctuary cities," arguing it amounted to unconstitutional federal coercion.
Seattle Mayor Ed Murray told reporters the Constitution forbade the federal government from pressuring cities, “yet that is exactly what the president’s order does. Once again, this new administration has decided to bully.”

Funny, it was fine when the Democrats withheld Federal highway funds to get states to comply with the 55mph speed limit.

Obama turned us into a lawless society. If the courts will no longer base their rulings on the law, we’ll end up with a collapsed society. Nothing will be predictable, the laws will be applied to individuals in an arbitrary and capricious manner—we become ungovernable, which is a stated goal of the Left.
The moonbat city of Seattle should be more concerned with a North Korean ICBM being launched in their direction.

Mayor Murray is batshit crazy which is why he got elected there. No sane person would say or do what he has.
It seems that any Democratic politician named Murray, Murphy or similar is crazy as crap, from Seattle to New York.

Until the vacant SCOTUS chair is seated, any EO affecting the current immigration policy will be overturned by a western court judge. Which will then be upheld by the 9th Circuit.

It is obvious that the objective for these Lefties is to register more Democratic voters. It is easy to register these non-citizens because all that is required is a state I.D. or a driver’s license. Both do not require a birth certificate to prove citizenship. And, they have so badmouthed the Republicans as racists, these non-citizens will get their ballots in the mail and vote straight ticket Democrat.
Seattle needs illegals to build their light rail since they are losing money they counted on for inflated license plate tabs.
No matter how hard I try for PC purposes I just cannot say Ed and his “husband” Mike without a snicker, a chuckle and mental “Yeah right, call it whatever you want.”
