Tuesday night, the Berkeley City Council became the third, and largest, Bay Area city to call for the impeachment of President Donald Trump.
“Every day there’s a new ethical problem that warrants impeachment,” said Mayor Jesse Arreguín, who co-sponsored the resolution, with Councilwoman Sophie Hahn, calling for the federal investigation into Trump. Council members Ben Bartlett and Cheryl Davila asked to be added as co-sponsors during Tuesday night’s meeting.

This is one of the very best endorsements President Trump could ever receive. I bet he frames the article and hangs it in the Oval Office!
Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5
The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.
Article 1, Section 3, Clauses 6 and 7
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried the Chief Justice shall preside; And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
Judgement in Cases of Impreachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgement and Punishment, according to Law.
Article 2, Section 4
The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors, or if requested by a small fringe city full of drug addicts, illegal aliens, criminals, and perverts.
And they called for Bill Clinton’s impeachment for his ethical problems, too, right? And 0bama’s ethical problems warranted the Berzerkeley asswagons to call for his impeachment as well, yes?
Oh, wait. They only care about ethics when a (R) is president.

No there isn't. A president can't be impeached for "ethical problems." If he could be, Bill Clinton would have been.

However, I don't believe Donald Trump has been proven to have lied to a grand jury, or suborned anyone to perjury, or obstructed an investigation. Nor has he used the power of his office to persecute his political enemies via regulatory fiat.
I see, but it's okay that Hillary commits treason, sells secrets and enriched uranium for cash, and is likely responsible for the deaths of Ron Brown and Vince Foster.
You are really on a roll this week. Everyone in America, native Indians included, are immigrants. It just depends on how far back you want to go to find your immigrant ancestors.
The Berkeley thing should come as no surprise. Obie did something everyday that went against the grain of what we on the right think of as right.
These days conservatives and leftist libs are truly 180 degrees out from each other. What is bad to them is likely good to us and I don’t see that ever changing. It’s also why something has to drastically change in this country at some point.
The Democrats are obsessed with one thing and one thing only: political power. They don’t give a DAMN about the American people. Since the day of the election it’s been nonstop on their part trying to deny Trump the presidency before Inauguration Day, and since then they’ve been trying to find ways to impeach him. They’ve cracked up completely, and soon they will resort to total violence. The lefties better watch it. Our side is slow to anger, but if they push us us too far they’ll wish they had kept their pieholes shut.
