I vehemently disagree. God does not drive your car.If you think so,close your eyes at the next intersection with lights and accelerate with your right foot. God is two things. He created everything and he gave us his Son to save us if we only believe that. Otherwise , I want you to explain to me what happened today. Be very clear and not obfuscating.

Maybe try re-reading Retired Army's comment. If you don't know what happened today, you should also try reading the Bible cover-to-cover. Then, start over and do it again.

Am I to believe that that the world in which Jesus lived became free of man’s folly because of his presence and preaching? Hardly. His words, acts and miracles were to posit the notion of God’s presence on earth. Today, as then, each human has the option of believing this or not. That tragedy in this world exists today has nothing to do with God’s very real presence in this same world some 2000 years ago.

Assuming every one on the bus was saved and belonged to the Lord, He took them to Glory today.

The Bible is clear on the fact that God is the Sovereign of the universe and everything in it is subject to Him.

God has a perfect will and a permissive will, and we’re not going to always understand His permissive will... what He allows to take place in the world.

Remember, God is working on a bigger picture than we are.

A good example of our perspective versus God’s perspective is found in the book of Job.

Read what that godly man suddenly went through... lost his family, lost his possessions, and lost his health... within hours!

Humanly speaking, it was an injustice, unbefitting the God of love. However, in the book of Job, we get to see behind the scenes the decision-making process of God Almighty Himself. And when God later confronts Job over his questioning His sovereignty in life and death matters, the Lord never gives Job a explanation for his suffering. (Most Bible scholars believe the Book of Job was written by Moses on Mount Sinai.)

God may not drive your car for you, but He decides if it will be the means by which He takes you Home.

“Precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of His saints.” - Psalm 116:15

Sending up prayer for the families.

we are not supposed to put God to the test (except in tithing as He says)

a relative flipped his truck with friends inside, by the grace and mercy of God though 2 had to be cut from the vehicle and one was thrown out on impact none had a broken bone or any internal injuries.

God was with each one involved in this bus accident as well. His plan does not always make sense to us, His ways and purposes need no explaining or there would be no reason for trust, faith or God if we understood all.

God often blesses people with true faith, and people are frequently blessed when people with genuine faith pray for them.

BUT ...

God does not very often impose on our free will.

Whenever we risk other peoples’ lives through foolishness [or our own lives], we tempt Him. “It is written, do not tempt the Lord thy God.”

Challenging someone to tempt God is exposing a lack of spiritual understanding.
