God’s words in Isaiah 55 kept coming to my mind in this yesterday evening. His thoughts and ways are so much higher than ours, while we’re busy trying to fit him in our finite minds. At this time we only “see through a glass darkly.” I look forward to the Day we know even as we’re known. :-)
Your right. People who dismiss God simply do not understand that it is not about us, but about Him. They do not understand that His ways and His thoughts are above ours. Unbelievers, and nowadays, many believers simply are out in left field and do not understand what the heck is going on. Believers who are lost as a ball in high weeds, simply do not understand Scripture. Time grows severely short as I firmly believe He is RIGHT at the door, ready to step back into human history and deal with this dump of a world. I keep looking up for our Blessed Hope at His great appearing. I simply cannot wait. I am ready for the New Jerusalem.
